Lazily, she tucks strands of her golden hair behind an ear to reveal an intricate earring. Let him know she is no common noble. She glances up in manner she knows is demure, yet sensuous: a gesture she has long since perfected. And then, as expected, his emerald eyes, on the far side of the garden, meet hers at once; a small grin tugs at the corners of his mouth.
With an inward smile of her own, she waits for him to approach.
Well, that's what I think she looks like she's doing. She's really just posing for a jewelry ad. Anyway, I know, I know her hair looks fake (IT'S HARD TO DRAW!!)... and her jaw is a bit big... but anyway, as one of my first portraits, I'd say I did a nice job... although technically I did leave out details such as her dress (an Indian sari) and a necklace around her neck...
It looks a lot like she's made out of silver. She looks an awful like those performance artists who paint themselves in silver. It's a great thing if that's the effect you wanted, but if it wasn't, then you need to work on making your values darker. Her hair doesn't really look fake to me, it's just that towards the end it should be thicker, because it looks like she's sporting a mighty weird hairstyle to me. (The dark shading looks like the background to me.)
The eyebrow looks to be made up of mostly vertical strokes, which makes it look kind of fuzzy. I also think that the eyelashes should be thicker and slightly longer. A more detailed background will also make her pop out a bit more, right now it's just dark and blurry. (Not super detailed, but a bit more than you did here.)
You mentioned the jawline, so I won't touch upon it.
That said, for one of your first portraits, you captured her very well. The shading is very well, and you rendered the majority of her features very well. It's quite good.
The background was really blurred in the original picture, a fake setting. That's about it. For the rest, I really appreciate your criticism; thank you soo much for taking the time and patience to inspect the drawing! I will continue to improve my portraiture... again, thank youu!!

The hair is beautiful. The stranding and texturing make it look absolutely real. I can only imagine the time you must have spent on making it look so authentic. Maybe a little more detail around the eye and eyebrow, but that's only an idea.
